Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you send your file.

Which languages do you translate?

I work between Arabic, French, German and English, in both directions depending on the document and the destination authority.

Do you offer sworn (certified) translation?

Yes. I provide sworn translations in Tunisia and in Germany, accredited with the Ministry of Justice and embassies, for use with administrations, courts and official bodies.

What documents can be sworn-translated?

Civil status records, diplomas and certificates, administrative documents, court documents, contracts and other official papers required by authorities in Tunisia or Germany.

Do you help with diploma recognition in Germany?

Yes. I support the Anerkennung process: identifying required documents, preparing the sworn translations and helping you present a complete file to the relevant German authorities.

How long does a translation take?

Simple files are often turned around within a few business days. Volume, language pair, sworn requirements and authority deadlines determine the exact timeline, which is confirmed in the quote.

How do I request a quote?

Use the contact form with the document type, languages, destination country and your deadline. A scan or clear photo of the document helps provide an accurate quote.

In which format do I receive the translation?

Depending on the authority and the country, you may receive a digital file, a signed and stamped paper original, or both. The format is agreed before work begins.

Is confidentiality guaranteed?

Yes. All documents and conversations are treated as strictly confidential and used only to process your request.
